Meet the KSK Team
Cole Knudsen
Cole brings over five years of management-level experience and four years of hands-on flagging expertise to his role as Founder and CEO of Knudsen Safety Kontrols. Driven by a mission to raise the bar in the traffic control industry, Cole is passionate about safety, accountability, and creating career opportunities for veterans and individuals with disabilities.
Shane Bell
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and nearly a decade specializing in traffic control, Shane serves as KSK’s VP of Field Operations. Known for his strong leadership in high-pressure environments, Shane ensures all field teams uphold the highest safety and performance standards on every job.
Nelson Knudsen
Nelson has over 30 years of management experience in the construction industry, complemented by three years in traffic control. As VP of Operations, he plays a key role in developing KSK’s internal systems, logistics, and operational standards. Nelson’s practical knowledge and leadership help keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.
Zachary Knudsen
Zachary brings over four years of flagging experience to KSK, providing valuable insight into daily field operations. As Executive Assistant, he supports the leadership team with communications and administrative tasks. Zachary is dedicated to the company’s mission and takes pride in helping build a safer, more inclusive work environment.
